Head south from Marrakech across flat lands and through the pretty gorges of My Brahim to Asni and Marigha at the foot of Toubkal National park - a 2 hour drive.
We will start walking through the farmlands, crossing numerous Berber villages perched on hillsides. Whilst walking we will meet Berbers working on fields or herding goats and sheep.
Following the footpath, we get to Tighfist village at 1300m, a spot offering amazing views of the valley and the N'Fis dam as the backdrop. We'll have a picnic break by the village and then head down hill to the pretty village of Anraz where we will stop next to a former Jewish quarter in the area.
We will carry on through the Ouirgane valley hills with oak and juniper woods, back to Marigha for the trip back to Marrakech.
Total of 5 hours walking, with guide and picnic lunch included. Walking boots, sun-block, sun-glasses and a cap are required.
