ABOUT
A 173-room, five-star affair with a wellbeing focus, this black-and-white hued Sofitel will suit those keen on polished, well-run luxury. Newer than the adjacent Sofitel Royal Bay, it occupies a secluded location on the lazy curve of Agadir Bay, and boasts a private Atlantic Ocean beach; to the south are golf courses, while just northwards, a gentle stroll up the corniche, is central Agadir with its palace and medina (old town).
ROOMS
Superior Rooms have a terrace or balcony overlooking the pool and ocean, plus air-conditioning, big beds, Wi-Fi, a dressing room, a colour-therapy rainshower and L'Occitane amenities. Then there are larger Luxury Rooms, still-bigger Standard Junior Suites, boasting an 'uncluttered zen décor' and bathtubs, and finally 72m2 Prestige Suites, full of designer chic, and a private swimming pool.
FACILITIES
Splash about in the outdoor pool, or head inside where the Thalassotherapy and Thermal Spa offers a heated seawater pool, a pebble bath, hydromassage jets, a hammam (steam room) and a fitness centre to choose from, along with numerous treatments and Moroccan beauty rituals.

The Palais du Jardin serves seasonal food with a Mediterranean flavour, in a mosaic, crystal, and floral-accented dining room.
Scoff seafood in the poolside L'Atlantique restaurant with its comfortable daybeds and open air barbecue.

The medicine bars serves colourful cocktails day and night, prepared with herbs and other natural products for a refreshing detox.
EXTRA INFO
Co-designed by a Moroccan architect and a French interior-decorator, the hotel revolves around serenity. If you do want to get the adrenalin flowing, however, staff can arrange watersports excursions or book tee-off times on those golf courses.

When you book a holiday with us we will provide full driving instructions for reaching your accommodation, where necessary; these can be used by yourself, or you could enjoy the luxury of a driver. Alternatively we will arrange private (car rather than coach) transfers for you; helicopter transfers are also possible for some destinations.
